Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) in Muridke, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable contractors for the provision of comprehensive janitorial services. The scope of work includes the daily cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the SNGPL office premises and associated facilities within the Muridke region to ensure a hygienic and professional environment. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, and must appear on the active taxpayers list to be eligible for participation. The tender documents, which contain detailed terms, conditions, and technical specifications, can be obtained from the regional procurement office during standard business hours. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes in accordance with the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. All completed bid submissions must be delivered to the SNGPL office no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, where they will be opened in the presence of authorized representatives at 11:30 AM on the same day.
