Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of office stationery and the purchase of machinery for the Civil Courts during the 2025-2026 financial year. This tender is being conducted through a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments, including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, and must not be blacklisted by any government organization. The bidding process is managed electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement portal, where detailed descriptions and quantities of the required goods are provided. A bid security, as specified in the bidding documents, must be submitted to ensure eligibility. All electronic proposals must be submitted through the designated portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. Bids will be officially opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Civil Courts complex.
