Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids for the procurement of various I.T equipment, including high-performance computers, printers, UPS units, and professional scanners, for the financial year 2025-2026. This government tender has an estimated cost of 9,700,000 Rupees and is open to well-reputed, financially sound firms with documented experience in the technology sector. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The procurement process is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A bid security of 485,000 Rupees (5% of the estimated cost) is required to be submitted with the proposal. Detailed bidding documents, including technical specifications for the hardware and evaluation criteria, can be downloaded from the EPADS and PPRA websites.
