Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) in Karachi, Sindh, invites Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive GAP assessment of its Quality Management System (QMS) and State Safety Program (SSP). The objective is to evaluate compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annex 19 guidelines. This procurement is managed electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide a fixed bid security of 1,000,000 Rupees in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with the opening of technical bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the PCAA Headquarters in Karsaz.
