The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites specialized engineering firms to participate in the bidding for the design and construction of a Waste Water Treatment Plant along the Korang River. This major environmental infrastructure project, identified as STP-02 TP-02, is being executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode. According to the latest corrigendum, the bid submission deadline has been officially extended to provide ample time for comprehensive proposal preparation. Eligible bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals, ensuring they are accompanied by the required bid security as detailed in the Request for Proposal documents. This procurement is being managed through the electronic EPADS portal, requiring all interested parties to upload their documentation digitally. The technical proposals are scheduled to be opened thirty minutes after the submission closing time on the designated date. Bidders are also encouraged to review Addendum No. 02, which has been uploaded to the portal to provide further technical clarifications and project specifications. All proposals must reach the authority via the specified online system by 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026.
