Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Special Education Centre in Fatehjang, Attock, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of student uniforms for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is divided into four distinct lots to cater to the diverse needs of the students. Lot 1 includes shirts, pants with belts, bunyans, ties, and socks; Lot 2 covers shalwar kameez sets, sashes, dupattas or shawls, shameez, and socks; Lot 3 is dedicated to black school shoes for both boys and girls; and Lot 4 is for winter jerseys. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 5 percent of the total quoted value for each lot in the form of a CDR. Tender documents containing detailed specifications and terms can be obtained from the office of the Incharge Headmistress. Sealed bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 21 May 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
