The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of information technology equipment to establish E-Libraries at various Sub-Divisions and the District Headquarter. This project, categorized under Lot No. 01 for the 2025-2026 financial year, seeks to enhance the digital infrastructure of the local judiciary. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, and must maintain an active status on the FBR taxpayers list. The procurement is conducted following the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested firms can access the bidding documents through the Punjab e-Procurement portal or the District Judiciary’s official website. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS system.
