Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab invites sealed tenders for a comprehensive procurement project covering machinery, IT equipment, and staff uniforms for the financial year 2025-26. The tender is divided into three major lots: Lot I for Machinery including 1.5-ton air conditioners and water dispensers; Lot II for IT Equipment featuring Core i3 computer systems with UPS and printers; and Lot III for Uniforms including pants, shirts, and jerseys. The total estimated cost of the project is approximately 10 million Rupees. Bidding is open to sole distributors, authorized dealers, and registered firms with valid NTN and Professional Tax certificates. Bidders must follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules. Proposals must be accompanied by the required bid security and should be submitted by 10:00 AM on 21 May 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day to evaluate the competence and eligibility of participating firms.
