Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids for the procurement of complete uniforms for Customs Officers and Sepoys for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of supply includes high-quality uniforms, shoes, badges, inner T-shirts, and epaulettes with respective ranks. This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Interested firms and vendors must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents and provide a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total quoted amount in favor of the Collector of Customs. In addition to the electronic submission via EPADS, bidders are required to submit one original hard copy of their documents to the Collectorate office at the New Custom House. The deadline for bid submission is 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026. Successful contractors will be required to provide a 10 percent performance guarantee after the contract award to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the specialized apparel.
