Description / Scope of Work
The Printing Corporation of Pakistan (PCP), a government-owned corporation under the Cabinet Division, invites sealed bids for the procurement of various printing materials for the financial year 2026. The tender is divided into multiple lots, including Lot No. 2 for imported White and Off-White Offset Paper, Matt Paper, and Real Art Paper in various sizes and grammages (80 Gsm to 128 Gsm), and Lot No. 3 for imported White Art Card. Eligible bidders include manufacturers and General Order Suppliers registered with the FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement process is conducted via the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders must upload their offers on EPADS and submit hard copies, along with a lot-wise bid security and at least two sample sheets of each offered paper/card type, to the PCP headquarters in Islamabad. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on 21 May 2026. Delivery of the materials will be on a FOR basis at specified stations as detailed in the bidding documents.
