The Water and Sanitation Agency in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the supply of stationery and printing items for the financial year 2025-26. This government procurement is being conducted through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered on the EPADS portal and maintain an active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to demonstrate at least three years of experience in providing stationery and printing services to government or semi-government departments. The scope of work includes the delivery of high-quality office materials and professional printing services as per the technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-procure portal no later than 12:00 PM on 21 May 2026. The technical bids will be opened by the committee at 12:30 PM on the same day. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
