Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the hiring of various vehicles on a daily rental basis to support official activities, staff transportation, and material delivery across different office regions including Bahawalpur. The required fleet includes Type 1 vehicles (Vans/4x2 such as Suzuki Bolan, FAW XPV, or Changan Karvaan, not older than 15 years) and Type 2 vehicles (Jeeps or equivalent 4x4 vehicles in good condition). The procurement is open to private limited firms, proprietors, and individual vehicle owners. Bidders must provide evidence of valid NTN, professional tax certificates for the current financial year, and active taxpayer status with the relevant revenue authority (PST). Evaluation criteria are based on a scoring system considering the number of vehicles offered (e.g., minimum 25 for firms, 15 for proprietors). Contractors are responsible for providing well-dressed, licensed drivers and ensuring full compliance with SNGPL's HSE policies and operational rules.
