Description / Scope of Work
The Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) in Rawalpindi, under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, invites sealed tenders for the annual supply and maintenance of water supply infrastructure for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of various items such as UPVC/GI pipes, water pumps, motors, and related hardware for tube wells and distribution networks across the cantonment area. This government tender is conducted following the PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (Income Tax and Sales Tax) and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee from a high-rated insurance company is required, as specified in the bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted following the prescribed procedures. Any items required at the site but not listed in the BOQ will be paid according to the MES Schedule of Rates 2021. Bids must be delivered to the CCB office on Murree Road by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
