Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Urban Development Wing, invites bids for the construction of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) works and drainage systems at Union Council Bahumaan, Tehsil and District Sheikhupura. The project carries an estimated total cost of PKR 49,062,161, including a 5% Punjab Sales Tax. The scope of work encompasses dismantling existing PCC, regular excavation, providing and laying sub-base courses of stone product to 100% maximum modified AASHO dry density, and installing uPVC pipes for waste management. Bidders are required to provide earnest money of PKR 2,453,108. The project timeline for completion is set at 9 months.
