Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD) Department in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation and construction of road infrastructure, including streets and associated civil works. The project scope covers various Union Councils (UCs 27–32, 42–46) and Wards (1–6) within the NA-57 constituency of District Rawalpindi. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and adheres to the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must provide a bid security as specified in the Bill of Quantities.
