Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Dir Lower, KPK invites sealed tenders for multiple infrastructure development projects under the Uplifting and Beautification ADP. The scope of work includes the upgradation and improvement of road infrastructure at various locations including VC Dogai, VC Rabat, Qazai Abad, and VC Anwarabad. Additionally, the projects involve the installation of street lights at Rabat Bazar, Qazai Abad, and Anwar Abad Bala, as well as the construction of a waiting area and bus stop at VC Rabat and a welcome gate at Manogy Chowk. These works are based on MRS-2025 and Non-MRS items, following a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department. Bidding is conducted through the EPADS system, and all participants must be active taxpayers with KPRA for the current financial year. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically before the closing time on 29 May 2026, with bids remaining valid for a period of 90 days.
