Description / Scope of Work
Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME), a joint venture between the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of security infrastructure at the BME Iron Ore Project in Pachinkoh, Nokkundi, Balochistan. The scope of work includes 1,500 running meters of security fencing, 40 CCTV cameras with NVR systems, and 30 solar-powered lights with poles. This tender (Ref: BRT/QT/TD-61/2025-26) follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. A mandatory site visit is required for all prospective bidders. Eligible contractors must be registered with FBR for Sales Tax and Income Tax and maintain an active taxpayer status. Bidding documents can be collected from BME House in Quetta between 06 May 2026 and 13 May 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Proposals must be submitted by 21 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid value.
