Description / Scope of Work
The Civil Courts in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed tenders from registered firms and suppliers for the procurement of specialized hardware, IT equipment, and plant and machinery items. The scope of this procurement includes the supply of modern computer systems, high-speed printers, heavy-duty photocopiers, and various other electronic devices necessary for the digitization and efficiency of the judicial process. Bidders are required to be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring a competitive and transparent bidding environment. All technical and financial bids must be submitted according to the prescribed format mentioned in the bidding documents. These documents can be collected from the office of the Senior Civil Judge during working hours. The final deadline for the submission of proposals is 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, after which the bids will be opened in the conference room of the District Courts complex.
