The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed bids for the provision, installation, testing, and commissioning of IT equipment for the reconstruction of Old P&D Building Tower A in Lahore. This government procurement follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure. The scope of work includes the deployment of networking infrastructure across approximately 52 IT rooms, involving complex IP management and hardware installation. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, maintain an active taxpayer status, and meet the technical qualifications specified in the bidding documents (Volume I). Submissions require both technical and financial proposals, with detailed evaluation based on project experience and technical competence. Bidding documents can be obtained from the IDAP headquarters in Gulberg III, Lahore. This project aims to establish a modern IT backbone for the reconstructed provincial planning and development facility.
