Description / Scope of Work
The Printing Corporation of Pakistan in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from reputable manufacturers, authorized dealers, and general order suppliers for the procurement of essential office materials. The scope of this tender includes the supply of high-quality stationery items, specialized computer stationery, and a variety of toners for printers and photocopiers. All interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, ensuring a fair and competitive selection. Bidding documents, which contain the detailed technical specifications and terms of delivery, can be obtained from the PCP office during regular business hours upon payment of the prescribed fee. Completed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Manager at the Karachi office no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated to ensure the best value for the corporation's operational requirements.
