Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Department in Quetta, Balochistan invites pre-qualification applications from eligible and experienced contractors for the supply and laying of a water conveyance system. This significant infrastructure project, identified as Package-IIA, is designed to support the Water Supply Scheme (WSS) for Loralai Town, based on the Mara Tangi Dam. The procurement process is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires mandatory registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Applicants must demonstrate technical capability and financial stability to execute large-scale water distribution works. Pre-qualification documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website upon payment of a document fee via green challan. All applications must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard as well as physically to the Office of the Chief Engineer PHE on Saryab Link Road. The deadline for the submission of pre-qualification applications is 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM.
