Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA), under the Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable consulting firms for the 'Design Review and Supervision of Construction Works' of Section 3 of the M-6 Motorway. This high-profile infrastructure project is being processed in compliance with the OPEC Fund's Anti-Corruption and Integrity Policy. Interested consultants must submit their information using the prescribed EOI template, which includes detailed sections for consulting firm information, joint venture or sub-consultancy associations, and comprehensive staff data including professional engineers, management, and technical personnel. The selection process follows a formal shortlisting procedure, after which successful teams will be invited to submit detailed proposals. Firms are required to provide documentation regarding their corporate structure, beneficial ownership, and board of directors. The EOI must be signed by an authorized representative of the lead member, certifying that all submitted information is accurate and that no fraudulent documents are included. The NHA headquarters is located on Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad.
