The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed bids from reputable and authorized firms, dealers, or suppliers for the procurement of uniform items for Class-IV employees for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of supply includes high-quality summer uniforms, caps, and black shoes as per the specified quantities and technical requirements outlined in the tender documents. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid security of the total estimated price in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Technical and financial proposals should be submitted in a single stage, two-envelope procedure. All completed bid documents must reach the office of the Senior Civil Judge by 10:30 AM on 23 May 2026, where they will be opened in the presence of bidders at 11:00 AM on the same day.
