Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Dadu in Dadu, Sindh invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors, firms, and sole distributors for the procurement and installation of solar street lights across various villages. The project specifically targets Union Councils 02, 03, 05, 06, and other neighboring areas within Taluka Dadu. This government initiative aims to enhance public infrastructure through sustainable energy solutions. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income and Sales Tax, the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for works and services, and hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable. Eligibility requirements include a professional tax certificate, a bank statement of the last three years, and a record of successfully completed similar projects. A bid security of 5 percent of the tender cost is required in the form of a call deposit or pay order. Interested parties must submit their electronic and manual proposals by 11:00 AM on 07 May 2026.
