Description / Scope of Work
The Department of Engineering Works at Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) invites electronic bids for various civil works. This government tender is conducted under the Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended 2024) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. All procurement activities are managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Eligible engineering firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the current fiscal year and must be registered on the E-PADS portal. Technical bids must include comprehensive documentation, such as firm management details, technical staff qualifications, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration certificates, and proof of professional tax payment. Technical bids will be opened and evaluated first, with financial bids opened only for technically responsive and qualified bidders.
