Description / Scope of Work
Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed electronic bids for the arrangement and provision of services for a student farewell event (Alvidai Taqreeb) catering to approximately 1,200 individuals. The scope of work includes the complete organization of the event, encompassing venue decoration, stage performance arrangements, professional catering and food services, and high-quality photography and videography services. The estimated cost for this project is 5.5 million PKR. The procurement is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and follows the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (as amended) using a Single Stage procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant Income Tax, General Sales Tax (GST), and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) authorities. Interested bidders are required to submit a bid security of 275,000 PKR along with a non-refundable tender fee of 3,000 PKR. Electronic proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 03:00 PM on 19 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same day.
