The Controller General of Accounts (CGA) under the Online Billing Solution (OLBS) Project in Islamabad invites proposals from reputable SAP consultancy firms. The primary objective is the development of comprehensive training manuals and the execution of training sessions for the Project Sehal initiative at the DG MIS Complex. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) regulations. Eligible firms must demonstrate specialized expertise in SAP systems, technical documentation, and corporate training delivery. The scope of work includes creating instructional materials tailored to the OLBS framework and conducting capacity-building workshops for relevant stakeholders.
