The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF), a government-owned not-for-profit company incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites proposals for the position of Individual Consultant – Economic & Financial Analysis Specialist. This consultancy engagement follows the 'Fixed Budget Method' under a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and Consultancy Regulations 2010. Interested individual consultants can download the Request for Proposal (RFP) document, including detailed Terms of Reference (TORs), from the PPRA website, the NDRMF official website, or the EPADS portal. Applicants must be registered on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) to participate. Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Security Declaration. The submission deadline for electronic proposals via EPADS is 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with technical proposals scheduled for decryption and opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the NDRMF office in G-10/4, Islamabad.
