Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the procurement of design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS). This comprehensive project includes the configuration and interfacing of the APMS with existing Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems according to the revised PPMC specifications. The scope of work involves technical design, hardware and software provision, and full-scale system integration to enhance the monitoring and performance of grid assets. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms or joint ventures with specific experience in smart grid technologies and utility asset management systems. The procurement follows the Federal PPRA rules using a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and provide a bid security as specified in the bidding documents. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, and the technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of participants.
