Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET) in Jamshoro, Sindh, invites sealed bids for the supply of food and refreshment items required for the computerized pre-admission entry test for the academic session 2026-27 (26th Batch). The procurement is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 (as amended). Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). The scope includes providing quality refreshments for a large-scale university event. Bidding documents containing technical specifications and detailed terms are available from the office of the Deputy Director (Procurement). A bid security of 2 percent of the bid price is required. All proposals must be submitted manually or as specified in the tender notice by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. MUET maintains a strict 'Say No to Corruption' policy and requires all contractors to sign an integrity pact for the transaction.
