Description / Scope of Work
The Inspectorate General of Prisons, Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of jail uniform and bedding items for the financial year 2025-2026. This large-scale government tender includes the supply of various essential items such as 10,000 meters of drill cloth for prisoner uniforms, 5,000 meters of cellular cloth, and 12,000 meters of lattha cloth. Additionally, the scope covers 5,000 meters of flannel cloth, 3,500 units of blankets, and 1,500 units of pillows with covers. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals, along with a 2% bid security of the estimated price, to the office of the Inspector General of Prisons Punjab no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
