Description / Scope of Work
The Forest Department, Government of the Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of official vehicles assigned to the Conservator of Forests, Development & Working Plan Circle. The scope of work includes mechanical repairs, bodywork, and the replacement of essential spare parts for vehicles including a Toyota Hilux Single Cabin, a Suzuki Vitara, and a Suzuki Cultus. Eligible workshops and firms must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must be featured on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement process is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders can obtain the detailed schedule of repairs and tender documents from the office of the Conservator of Forests at 24-Cooper Road. All technical and financial bids, accompanied by a 5% bid security of the estimated cost, must be submitted to the designated office no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026.
