Fatima Jinnah Women University in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of various furniture and fixtures for its Campus-I. The extensive scope of this tender includes the supply of high-quality classroom chairs, wooden rostrums, executive office desks, revolving chairs, and specialized furniture for university departments. Specifically, the requirements detail items such as 500 classroom chairs made with seasoned shisham wood and powder-coated steel frames, along with structured rostrums featuring lockable storage. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The bidding process is conducted through the EPADS system, and participants must submit a bid security of two percent of the total estimated price in the form of a Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt. All electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the University Purchase Office.
