Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed technical and financial bids for the procurement of various naval stores and equipment. This procurement is conducted through a specialized three-envelope bidding process: a technical offer in duplicate, a muted principal invoice or authorization (where applicable), and a separate commercial offer. Interested firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Chamber of Commerce, and must be active on the Taxpayers List. Key requirements for bidders include the submission of a Bank Challan for tender fees, a valid DP-1 and DP-2 form with full compliance remarks, and necessary security clearance documents. The technical evaluation process considers ISO certifications, financial audit reports, and a non-litigation certificate. All bids must be submitted in person or via post to the Bahria Gate at the Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad.
