Description / Scope of Work
The National Archives of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement of stationery, hardware, and various miscellaneous items for the financial year 2025-26. This government tender is conducted under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure as per the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The scope of the contract includes the supply of high-quality office supplies, computer hardware components, and general maintenance materials required for the preservation and administrative operations of the national archives. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers, registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and have a proven track record of supplying similar goods to government organizations. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. All bids must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the formal opening of the tenders scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. Any manual or late submissions will be automatically rejected by the system.
