Description / Scope of Work
The National Archives of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of various office essentials, hardware, and miscellaneous items for its headquarters. The procurement scope includes a variety of stationery products, IT hardware components, and other general supplies necessary for the preservation and administrative functions of the National Archives. This tender is being processed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible suppliers must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be active on the Taxpayers List. Detailed specifications, terms of reference, and eligibility criteria are provided in the standard bidding documents available on the EPADS portal. Interested bidders are required to submit their formal proposals electronically via the EPADS system. The final date for the electronic submission of bids is 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
