The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed national bids for the comprehensive procurement of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS). This high-tech infrastructure project is designed according to revised PPMC specifications and involves complex configuration and interfacing with the existing AMI system as per the schedule of requirements. The project is critical for the modernization of IESCO’s grid management and asset tracking capabilities. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess specialized technical expertise in electrical power systems and software integration. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure to ensure both technical compliance and financial transparency. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. All bids must be submitted by the formal deadline of 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled shortly thereafter.
