Description / Scope of Work
The Superintendent Central Jail in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of specialized equipment and security gadgets under the Prisoners Welfare Program for the Women Jail, Lahore. The scope of the tender is divided into two distinct lots. Lot 1 includes essential electronic and facility items such as 55-inch LEDs, a 32-line intercom system, exchange wire, photocopy machines, 2-ton air conditioners, walk-in refrigerators, 500kg platform scales, and various food distribution and ingredient trolleys. Lot 2 focuses on high-security infrastructure, specifically the supply and installation of an advanced IP-based CCTV surveillance system to enhance monitoring capabilities within the facility. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms, authorized distributors, or general order suppliers registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. The procurement process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. All technical and financial bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
