Description / Scope of Work
The Conservator of Forests, Development & Working Plan Circle in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of various goods under the development scheme titled Strengthening of PM&E Wing of Forest Department. The tender is organized into three specific lots to upgrade departmental capabilities. Lot 1 covers the procurement of office furniture, including executive and computer chairs. Lot 2 involves the supply of ten handheld GPS devices essential for field monitoring and geographical data collection. Lot 3 includes the procurement of six 1.5-ton air conditioning units for departmental facilities. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess a valid Punjab Revenue Authority registration. For Lot 1, bidders must have their own workshop and showroom in Lahore and provide samples at the time of bid opening. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS portal. All technical and financial bids must be successfully uploaded by the submission deadline of 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026.
