Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Community Development Department South Punjab in Multan, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various items and machinery required for repair and maintenance work at the Circuit House in Multan. This tender encompasses five distinct lots, including the supply of general items, machinery and equipment, hardware and tools, electrical components, and plumbing materials. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with the relevant tax authorities. The procurement process will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Comprehensive bidding documents containing detailed specifications and quantities for each lot can be obtained from the office of the Section Officer (General) during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All technical and financial bids must be submitted in accordance with the prescribed guidelines by 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026, followed by a public opening of the bids at 11:30 AM on the same day.
