Description / Scope of Work
The Central Jail Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the bulk procurement of bedding and clothing articles for prison inmates during the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement process is being conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The required items include high-quality cotton fabrics, blankets, and essential uniform articles meant for prisoner use. Interested firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and must provide a bid security as specified in the tender documents, which is approximately two percent of the estimated price. Tender documents containing detailed specifications, quantities, and terms can be obtained from the office of the Superintendent, Central Jail Lahore, upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. The deadline for the submission of bids is 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders.
