Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Court Faisalabad in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply of uniform and bedding articles for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement includes various items such as shirts, trousers, caps, belts, and shoes intended for the court staff and security personnel. All interested suppliers and authorized dealers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue, and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Detailed specifications and tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) during standard working hours. A bid security equivalent to two percent of the total estimated cost must be attached with the technical proposal. All completed bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 22 May 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the committee room of the District Courts.
