Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Community Development Department (South Punjab) in Multan, Punjab invites expressions of interest from reputable consultancy firms for the Third Party Validation of various development schemes. The scope of work involves conducting a comprehensive independent audit and physical validation of infrastructure projects across South Punjab to ensure quality control, transparency, and adherence to technical specifications. Eligible firms must demonstrate extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation of public sector projects and possess the requisite technical expertise in civil engineering and project management. The selection process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Quality and Cost Based Selection method. Interested consultants can obtain the detailed Request for Proposal documents from the office of the Secretary in Multan during standard working hours. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to ensure a fair evaluation process. All submissions must be received by the department no later than 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026.
