Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Dadu in Dadu, Sindh invites sealed bids from interested contractors and specialized firms for the execution of various development schemes and infrastructure projects across the district for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The scope of work primarily includes the construction and repair of rural roads, the installation of solar-powered street lights, and the improvement of local drainage and water supply systems in different union councils. Applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must also be registered with the Sindh Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. The bidding process will be conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Tender documents, including a detailed bill of quantities and technical specifications, can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, District Council Dadu, upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit is required. All bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 27 May 2026, and will be opened at 1:00 PM on the same day.
