The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from reputable manufacturers or authorized agents for the procurement of medical equipment for the Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar-II in Multan. This procurement is divided into two major packages: Package No. 23 for CSSD equipment and Package No. 25 for medical gas vacuum and air plants. This project is a critical component of the provincial healthcare infrastructure development strategy. The bidding process is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must participate through the EPADS system. Detailed bidding documents containing technical specifications and terms of reference are available on the EPADS and IDAP portals. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 27 May 2026.
