Description / Scope of Work
The Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Chunian in Chunian, Punjab invites sealed bids from reputable suppliers and authorized dealers for the procurement of various store items for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of this tender includes the supply of medical items, office stationery, computer accessories, and general store materials required for the daily operations of the hospital facilities. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and should be on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the established government procurement rules, utilizing the Single Stage One Envelope procedure to ensure efficiency and transparency. Complete bidding documents, which contain the detailed list of items, technical specifications, and terms and conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Commandant at CMH Chunian during working hours. A bid security is required to be submitted along with the proposal as per the instructions in the tender document. All sealed bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 20 May 2026, and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives.
