The Ravi Urban Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of a complete audio-visual system for its conference room. This invitation is open to all eligible vendors, suppliers, and associations of firms registered with the relevant tax departments and registration authorities. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope method in accordance with the RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022. Interested bidders can obtain the tender documents from the procurement department at 151 Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 10,000 Rupees. Submissions must include a bid security of 300,000 Rupees as specified in the bidding documents. All proposals must be submitted in a professional manner, quoting competitive prices inclusive of all applicable taxes. The deadline for the submission of sealed bids is 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the RUDA head office
