Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Corporation Kotli in Kotli, Federal Government invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced contractors for the execution of various development and infrastructure projects for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The scope of work includes the construction and rehabilitation of urban roads, maintenance of street lighting systems, and improvement of sanitation and drainage networks within the municipal limits. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and must possess valid tax registration certificates. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the applicable public procurement rules, following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure to ensure transparency and efficiency. Detailed tender documents, containing the bill of quantities, technical specifications, and terms of contract, can be obtained from the office of the Administrator or Chief Officer of the Municipal Corporation Kotli upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. All completed technical and financial bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 29 May 2026, and will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
