Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Wildlife & Parks Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputed and financially sound firms, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the procurement of various assets. The scope of this procurement includes the purchase of IT equipment, office furniture, and specialized machinery and equipment for the financial year 2025-26. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents containing detailed technical specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Director General Wildlife & Parks Punjab at 2-Sanda Road, Lahore, upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 1,000 Rupees. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total estimated price in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the department's head office no later than 10:30 AM on 28 May 2026, where they will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of participating representatives.
