Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Muzaffargarh, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of various operational assets. This comprehensive tender includes the purchase of IT equipment, office furniture, and specialized machinery and equipment required for the judicial complex. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority, and must maintain an active taxpayer status. Detailed bidding documents containing the full scope of work and technical specifications are available at the office of the District & Sessions Judge during regular business hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the District & Sessions Judge. All technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the office by 11:00 AM on 29 May 2026, where they will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
